To All My Dear Patients:

It is with a great deal of pleasure that I introduce the new owner of Dr. Ralph Rudley Optometry, Dr. Hovhannisyan. I'm pleased because Dr. Hovhannisyan is a highly qualified and skilled professional who will continue to provide you, our
wonderful patients, with the level of care that you deserve and rightfully come to expect. I'm also a bit sad because I will miss "catching up" with each and every one of you during our annual visits. Our increasingly busy office schedule and the time constraints my personal life places on me have brought me to the realization that it's time to "pass the torch" to someone who will continue to offer the high level of care which our office prides itself on delivering.

Dr. Hovhannisyan will do an excellent job of providing for your future eye care needs. A graduate of the University of Houston School of Optometry, Dr. Hovhannisyan will add additional medical care to the practice.

Dr. Hovhannisyan ownership will bring new perspectives in the eye care to the office while maintaining the same standards of patient care that I have long held.
